Help for Fatigue and Muscles

We are a family of six on a worldschooling travel journey or ‘playventure’, as we like to call it. In the beginning of any journey or change in your life, that does not follow the regular route that your life had been taking, and puts your mind and body totally out of its comfort zone… well, you find that you start developing extreme fatigue, muscular issues and concentration problems. These come about from having to sacrifice a lot of things that you would normally be used to, a radical change in daily routine, dietary substitutions due to being in a different country or place, and extreme mental and physical pressures.

If you are a worldschooling/travel family or person, then you will understand all of the above. If you are dreaming of traveling full time or are at the beginning of your travels, then here is a tip that will help you big time to assist with the issue of mental and physical crashing.

I have been taking magnesium supplements due to the fact that I used to get leg cramps and had a major issue with Carpal Tunnel Syndrome. See my posts Powerball vs Carpal Tunnel Syndrome and Ultimag Magnesium vs Carpal Tunnel Syndrome, to read more about how I dealt with these problems.

When we moved to Spain we could not find the magnesium supplement that I was buying in South Africa, but found out that Magnesium Duo works really well, so we ordered it from the local chemist. It does work wonders and we found out that besides helping with cramps, pins and needles, leg aches and other muscular issues, it also assists with the following:

Magnesium helps reduce fatigue and helps with normal muscle function.

Vitamins B1, B6, B12 and PP contribute to the normal functioning of the nervous system and normal psychological function.

Selenium contributes to the normal functioning of the immune system.

The above is taken from the Boiron website, the company that produces Magnesium Duo.

The ingredients of Magnesium Duo are:

  • Magnesium
  • Selenium
  • PP
  • E
  • B1, B2, B5, B6, B8, B9, B12

I would definitely recommend Magnesium Duo for anyone that is going through a really stressful time, and for those battling with muscular issues. It has really helped us to cope a lot better with the challenges that we are still going through in our journey to change our life.
